I saw you the first week of May 2009, and you provided 6 upper  veneers.  You also provide a whitener kit  for the bottom front teeth.  I am pleased to report all is well and the bottom teeth whiten as planned.

I recently lost an old gold inlay and went to my dentist to have it replaced.  He was very complimentary of your work.
