Greetings to all from the top of the mountain........As you may or may not know our home in Guanajuato, Mexico is on the market for the right person and for the right price US dollars welcome. The house is located in the the center of Mexico which is Guanajuato and in the Capital that goes by that same name. The property itself is in the historical center and on a historical route closed off to traffic. The construction of the house is in an L shape hacienda style it has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, office, storage/laundry room, living and dinning room, foyer, kitchen, interior patio and an outdoor terrace with views of the center. The house is as originally built in the 1800's with original floor tiles on both floors and wood burning stove in the kitchen. It has been a work in progress for us and we try to keep in up to date without destroying the interior of the house. Frank is a member of UNESCO and we both are very much into conservation and preservation not destroying it just to modernize it. It is walking distance to the Jardin/Plaza and all 3 major theaters. Just as an FYI this house is not for rent nor are we under any pressure to sale it but we feel it is time. We hope to find someone who like us can appreciate and care for it with tlc.
