Hosteria Las Quintas Spa Review, Cuernavaca, mexico
Spa Hosteria Las Quintas -- One of the best luxury spas in Mexico

Hosteria las Quintas Spa in Cuernavaca, Mexico is truly an upscale, luxury world-class spa, and one of my favorite
Mexican spas. Hosteria Las Quintas Spa is considered one of the top twenty destination spas, not just in Mexico, but in
the world according to several spa reviewers. (I was the first to write an article about Las Quintas , so it's partly my fault. The quality of services and level of personal attention is consistent, making Hosteria Las Quintas Spa a an excellent choice for both those seeking their first spa experience and veteran spa-goers. The atmosphere at Las Quintas is very healing and holistic. There are daily yoga classes and water aerobics,
with other activities throughout the week. The
Hotel Las Quintas restaurant menu has gotten rave reviews by clients and has many vegetarian choices, in addition to low-fat
meat dishes. Hosteria Las Quintas is an excellent all-around spa, neither too holistic for the worldly,
nor too material for the spiritually inclined. The services are excellent and the staff is attentive.
Most will find Hosteria Las Quintas an excellent
place to rejuvenate.

The grounds at Hosteria Las Quintas include three swimming pools on 10,000 square meters of lush carpet grass interspersed with statues. A sixty-year-old laurel tree dominates a quiet riot of tropical flowering plants and huge old trees. Cuernavaca boasts five golf courses and arrangements can be made to play at them.
Hosteria las Quintas Spa (not affiliated with the discount Las Quintas hotel chain in the States) has been in business for more than twenty-five years, but has not stopped improving. There are 30 newly built spacious guest rooms for spa packages, with air conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, etc. There are reserved rooms for non-smoking guests and for those of us needing greater accessibility. In addition to the new rooms, Las Quintas has added meeting rooms suitable for groups and company seminars. Exclusively for spa patrons is the new "La Hacienda" dining room serving spa cuisine, our own heated pool, and the "Biblioteca" library and media center. This is a cozy area, just right for visiting with other guests before meals and classes.
The spa Las Quintas has special soft flooring in the room used for yoga, tai-chi, and guided meditation. There is an airy palapa for classes in Spanish, and arts. You will enjoy the optional Temezcal (Aztec Sweat Lodge) ceremony and daily excursions.
Hotel guests can use the steam room and sauna, which are segregated by sex. Recently, they added a Sensory Flotation Tank experience. The outdoor hot tub is by the large spa building pool which has a small waterfall. A complete exercise facility with fitness programs is integrated into the services. The gym has a fabulous view and cardiovascular equipment such as Life Cycle, Stair Master, Nordic Track treadmills, free weights and universal equipment.
