Roca Azul is a beautiful RV park in Jocotepec on the shores of Lake Chapala, but far from the bustling atmosphere of Chapala and Ajijic. There are green areas for tent, camping as well as full hookup sites for big rigs. Several RV'ers live here full time. The cabins are attractive for those without RV's. The area is very nice to enjoy. Some of the RV spaces are wooded and secluded. The grounds are beautifully well-kept and the atmosphere is friendly. You won't find a better place to park for a night or a season in the Lake Chapala / Guadalajara area than Roca Azul.
What attracts me the most is that one of the pools is filled with agua termal or thermal waters. As you know, I am a hot springs nut and here I might become a boiled nut (though the water is not THAT hot).
