El Rey / Boca del Rio Trailer / RV Park is closed. Long live CocoAventura which replaced it. CocoAventura is just down the road from the old El Rey / Boca del Rio Trailer Park and is owned by the same family. This is the last RV park on the Gulf Coast between the Costa Esmeralda and Catemaco. It's also one of the nicest in Mexico.
This ecoresort with cabins, trailer park, tent spaces is a little-known jewel. CocoAventura is pet-friendly, on the beach with pool, restaurant and all the amenities at a reasonable price.
With "Mexico" Mike as our partner, we felt safe & enjoyed our trip. He delivered more than promised.

There is a rainforest and ecological reserve nearby where you can go to see nature. There are tours, activities and things you don't normally find at an RV park. GPS info: 19.054041, -96.02289. And the owner is a pet lover, so that makes him a good guy in my opinion.
The same owners also have an eco-tourism natural attraction location with cabins set between a beach and a tropical forest. They have all sorts of activities for kids as well as diving and rafting.
They no longer have a website, but an Instagram page.
