Decades of first hand Mexico tourism information from me, "Mexico" Mike Nelson.

Mexico Mike Nelson

I've been traveling Mexico since I was a kid. At some point I fell in love with the entire country and dedicated my life to her. She has a magic that is indescribable. I've done my best throughout this website to share my experiences and unearth that magic. I no longer make trip guides, or offer one-on-one advice, however, the information that I used to have and charge for, I am sharing for free on this website. I hope it helps you!

There are 32 States in Mexico, including the Federal Zone (Mexico City). Click on any of them below to start your journey.

Mexicans were not happy, the government was unstable and the army was weak with famine and disease.

This delight was introduced to Mexico by Lebanese immigrants and is similar to shawarma or a kebab.
